[TYPO3-ect] extension categories

Hello,

today each extension belongs to one catogory. Their names are fe, be,
plugin etc. From my experience this categories fit only in every second
case. I often have combinations in one extension like be and plugin.

How would it be, if the categories would describe the field of usage. Maybe
multiple selections should be possible then. Some examples:

* site adminstration
* publishing
* marketing
* graphical stuff
* accessibiltiy
* groupware
* project management
* skins


 ...

I think this could have at least 2 effects:

1.) Simplyfying the search for extensions
2.) Better integration of extensions with each other

To the second point: Categories support the structuring of the community.
Extension devolopers could discover themselfs as groups of common
interests. Communication can get more detailed and intensified upon that
categories stuff.
