Quite a few TYPO3 extension developers use TYPO3xdev on SF.net as
development platform. This could be an option for the ECT libraries as
well.

Currently TYPO3xdev uses CVS but plans to migrate to SVN exist, now that
SF.net offers SVN services as well.

All I need from you to setup the right permissions is the name of extension,
your SF.net username and the SF.net usernames of other developers who want
to contribute.
