I always said paid reviews will probably work. I had some sort of review
network in mind: You have parties which would like reviews of their
extensions, they do a joint venture. Having 5-10 companies doing reviews
in exchange. Now you might say that there are companies not being able
to do reviews, but still want to get them done... Sure, they could just
pay the fixed fee, and that's it.

I don't see t3a paying for that, I'd only see them making sure that
reviewers are choosen carefully.
