[TYPO3-ect] Welcome on board Jan-Hendrik

Hello ECT,

I want to announce Jan-Hendrik as 2. member of the board of ECT. The
background is, that ECT has become an official node of the R&D commettee,
so that it is time now to establish a stronger structure of for it.

I have invited Jan-Hendrik as board member because he is interested in the
community aspects of ECT. He has a very long experience with TYPO3 and is
allways an active and powering person.

Together with Jan-Hendrik I will reflect, who could be the third member of
the board. I can imagine up to 5 board members, when ECT is getting bigger.

So welcome on board Jan-Hendrik
