[TYPO3-ect] Project-List in the Wiki: Enhanced Rights Management

Hello,

just wanted to ask what is ment with that Enhanced Rights Management-Project. It seems it's at least partly solved with the be_acl-Extension, which has been developed as a supporting extension for timtaw. Not sure if it's used a lot otherwise. Or are there any new ideas not related to that?
