[TYPO3-ect] SVN for Forms Library

Hello again!

That was quick...

Replication is still on it's way. A standard Trac has been set up
including typo3, typo3xdev. It's importing all changes, not just the
latest version. Updates can be set up to be imported automatically, but
I need to write some shell script for that, not too confident in bash, I
might not do it today: I need to run a command, but ONLY if it's not
still running. I'll figure that out anyway through the next days.
