Elmar also said it's my decision, so if it's okay with everyone, I would  
like to use svn with trac. Jeff and WEC already have it in place (that's  
where I have been developing the new cwt_community extension) and would be  
happy to give us a repository.
So if the majority agrees, I will go ahead and ask Jeff.
