it is the decision of your team, where you want to store your files.

To see the list on sourceforge call

svn ls https://svn.sourceforge.net/svnroot/typo3xdev/

Yours would be tx_forms. You then need to ask Andreas Otto to give you
write access for the project typo3xdev.
