[TYPO3-ect] PHP 4 or 5 for forms library?

Hi Ingo,

I also think that is the way we can go. I did similar with the class
tx_lib_data to get the important SPL features into PHP4. It's easy to
exchange that against original PHP5 SPL if the time has come.
