[TYPO3-ect] PHP 4 or 5 for forms library?

Hi Christoph,

this is simple.

1.) Currently we can't build for T3 5.x, because there is still no common
plan where 5.x will go.

2.) 5.x will take years. We don't want to wait so long.

3.) When 5.x commes the architecture will be so different from now, that
this library will probably not be needed any more.


Our claim should be

"Enable 5.x in 4.x".
