Hello,

I don't know if you all read the news from the calendar project. Mario has set
up a TODO list for the phpicalendar version of the calendar framework to bring
it to a usable version.

Maybe you can help in some points.

I like this project very much, because it is based on a public standard, iCal.
So it should be easy to extend or connect it to other applications. Think of
apple's iCal!

Also a visit to this svn frontend can teach you a lot.

Hi list,

in the past few days many people have offered help. I have to admit,
that I have been describing the needs a bit confusing. To change this, I
have created a todo list. Everyone interessted in helping: please choose
a topic and write a short note here.

There is also an online repository where you can get/submit the code:

Here the todos:
- - Monitor events -> FE-User can klick a button and start to monitor the
event. He/She gets notified each time the event has changed
	Have a look at the hooks folder there is an unfinished class:
class.tx_cal_controller_renderevent.php. Maybe you can help
	Another table is needed: fe_user/fe_group -> event
	The search for events in the model has to be changed
- - Different table for Creator / fe-user (like jw_calendar)
	The search for events in the model has to be changed
- - Different table for Location (address, description, photo) (like
jw_calendar)
	The search for events in the model has to be changed
- - Different table for event type (name, event color) (like jw_calendar)
	The search for events in the model has to be changed
- - Caching: right now caching is disabled, how could this be changed?
- - Private events
	- Create new table: relation between event and fe-user/fe-group
	In general an event gets related to a general fe-user like anonymous
(see chc_forum).
	If the event should be a private event, it gets related to a
fe-user/fe-group
	- Creating an event in the backend has to be changed too.
	The search for events in the model has to be changed
- - Write a manual
- - Nice backend interface (maybe flexform?)
