I went ahead and created a small screencast for using the Import/Export 
Wizard, available in Quicktime and MPEG-4 formats.

There really isn't that much the user has to do, but I think the example 
will at least show them what not to click :)

Since there's still discussion underway about extension installation 
from the Import/Export Wizard, I'm holding off on adding annotations and 
converting to an animated gif.  Once that gets nailed down, I'll move 
along with a final version.
