[TYPO3-ect] Extension of the year 2005

Elmar,

I think I missed the boat for this.
During x-mass and holidays there wasn't enough time to propose, not to 
read all my mails.

Now it's voting time....

Only for me it's unclear how/where to vote.. simply on the wiki or is 
there a FE plugin created for this perpose or do I need to reply to some 
mail, what's the format of the vote etc etc

Sorry but it is unclear for me right now reading all my mails.

If I missed the boat, it's fine with me... It was just a horrible time 
for me.
