Sorry, this is a misunderstanding ;)

I just wanted to state that  code quality is not the only measurement... 
It's not related to any decisions I'd make.

Download-figures do not exactly count though they give a good direction. 
What I mean is that for example Roberts Nada-Extension has been downloaded a 
lot of times, and what does it do? Exactly nothing ;) For next year, I guess 
we should have some catalog of which parts count what. Number of downloads 
in a certain time should also be part of it of course.
