Again you are mistaking quantity for quality.
I don't care how many people downloaded any of the proposed extensions and I
don't think it's a good idea to compare them based on the downloads.
You know the saying: Eat more shit - millions of flies can't be wrong?
If it was about the number of downloads we wouldn't need a jury but just
some monthly charts and an alltime top 10 (which is already available here:
http://typo3.org/extensions/repository/popular/)

htmlarea RTE for example has got a very high number of downloads just
because the original RTE is not working with browsers other than IE.
This says nothing about the overall quality and usefulness of this
extension.
And if we considered the number of downloads as a criteria for the voting it
would be very easy to manipulate the results in the future.

I think that based on my catalogue of criteria I have been as objective as
possible, even though I didn't explain them all in my first posting.
