It's basically PHP on Rails, and it sticks to the original as close as 
possible.

Yes, the form helpers are perfect for integration, for example.

Basically, I like the whole framework, but I like Rails anyway. The 
difficulty really lies in judging how much we should integrate without 
making TYPO3 a symphony app...
