Hello Jan-Hendrik,

from my level of understanding we currently have discussed a TCA based
implementation of a more general MVC framework for extensions. The general
framework could also handle other stuff than the access to DB-tables.

We started with tcaObjects, because they are the most interesting variant of
implementation.
