IMHO, this would be very good. In my company we use eclipse since some 
time for typo3-development and use the tasks/todo feature consistently. 
This is a nice feature, which helps especially in team-work. And because 
these things are simple php-comments, everybody who doesn't works with 
eclipse can even use it.
