Stefano Cecere ("stefano" on typo3.org), from Italy

> * Your developing experiences

i've been developing multimedia software since 1989 (videogames on Amiga :)
in the years i've worked with lot of development systems, both as programmer as designer (logical and graphical and sound)
lately i've been more interested in the interface and organizational ways to manage the contents

> * Your experience with TYPO3 in special

i had my "one deep first month" with typo3 in late 2003
since then i developed about ten typo3 websites, developed 4 extensions (none public yet), tried LOTS of extensions, helped a lot with the Italian translation (i'm the head of the italian translation
team)

> * Interesting TYPO3 projects you have done

my first typo3 site: www.humanisteurope.org - a big multilanguage site
then i developed a personal extranet to manage my works with external collaborators

> * Professional profile

grown as musician, painter, writer and computer addicted ;)
i work now most as multimedia and communication consulting.

> * Experiences in team leadership and project management

worked lot with dozens of teams, often taking care of there organizational and logistical topics.
out of typo3 it's 5 years that i lead a volunteer group to publish a magazine and other activities

> * Your expectations for the ECT

1) to help defining and improving common guidelines to develop extensions (maybe compiling a very detailed ext developer Knowledgebase)
2) try to "reduce" some redudancy in the TER, both with reviews and with merging existing exts
3) a general "consulting and mentoring" group about common exts

> * Subprojects that you want to support

testing existing ext (more on usability, design and quality than php review)
helping defining the guidelines for common css sharing in the future

hug and good new year!
