Hi Uschi, Ben, Michiel and DAM team,
I commited the attached patch to SVN DAM trunk (revision 9502). This
fixes bugtracker issues #8599 and #8673.
The patch was tested with TYPO3core trunk revision 3900 and TYPO3core
branch TYPO3_4-2 revision 3898.
When using current DAM trunk, the EM htmlArea RTE checkbox for "DAM
media browser" should be unchecked, and the EM DAM checkbox for
"htmlARea RTE integration" should be checked.
