[TYPO3-core] Announcing TYPO3 CMS 6.2.22 LTS and 7.6.6 LTS

There were no security issues reported in relation to this release and it happens just two weeks after the previous release, but weeks before the recently published maintenance schedule (https://typo3.org/news/article/regular-maintenance-release-schedule/).

Are there any special reasons for not waiting to the 7.6.6 maintenance schedule date?

PS: I am all fine with this release, only curious.
