Yes quite a lot actually. But do those need to be handled by realurl?
IMHO it would be sufficiant to handle those as regular links with an &MP 
parameter.
Or are you talking about resolving the mountpoints and preseting the target 
URL? This would be low priority to me and could be archived with aliases as 
well.
