[TYPO3-core] [Poll[ Integrate Speaking URLs in to TYPO3 CMS7

Hi all!

IMHO speaking-urls are a standard in the cms world, so its neccessary to put a tool in the core.

RealURL is a good tool, its easy to use, autoconfiguration does a good job and its flexible. I´m just an integrator, so I can´t say something about code quality. 

If a new solution is build, some keyfeatures should be integrated:

- multidomain and multilanguage support
- posibility to make different configurations (i.e. for diffrent projekt in one TYPO3-System)
- setting redirects
