[TYPO3-core] Moving files to a docs-subdir / .htaccess for "security" / nginx-configuration

Hi,

I don't want my htdocs / public_html / whatever to be polluted by
example configuration, so if by toplevel folder you mean something like
/path/to/typo3_src/<top-level-doc>/<sample-config>/ I'm fine!
