[TYPO3-core] Announcing TYPO3 CMS 6.2.2

Dear TYPO3 World,

the TYPO3 Community has just released TYPO3 CMS version 6.2.2, which is
now ready for you to download.

This update is a maintenance releases and contain only bug fixes. It
fixes several regressions introduced with 6.2.1. Users of 6.2.0 and
6.2.1 are strongly encouraged to update.
