[TYPO3-core] Travis in this list

I agree with Ernesto.

@georg: Let's use an existing list for this task, we have plenty of lists
laying around already...

@all: Remember that before changing the email destination, we need to
whitelist (or subscribe) the Travis CI email to allow it to post mails.

I can prepare that later today and will confirm when it's done.
