[TYPO3-core] docs.typo3.org shows 'forbidden'

http://status.typo3.org shows a twitter feed of 
https://twitter.com/TYPO3server, there you find the tweet "We are 
currently resolving problems with http://docs.typo3.org/  - it will be 
back in a few minutes..."

I think it would be the best to first have a look at status.typo3.org 
and to contact the server team in case the error is not acknowledged yet.
