[TYPO3-core] No CI Notifications on this list any more

Hey!

I just merged a patch from Stucki, which disables email notifications 
from travis to this list and instead posts to typo3-cms Slack channel.[1]

I think the benefits are striking:

1. All ACs are also on Slack
2. It is possible to set up Push Notifications for certain keywords on 
Slack, which will recognition of build failures even more apperent (I 
suggest all ACs should do so)
3. We keep this list clean for other people not involved in 
breaking/fixing our builds


That I haven't start a discussion round on that topic does not mean I 
don't value feedback in this area. So in case anybody still feels there 
are good reasons to keep the email notifications for this list, go ahead 
and bring up arguments. It is an easy change :)
