[TYPO3-core] After the LTS is before the LTS

do you mean Year of FIRST release of this version (EAR time), then a LTS
version maybe is stable in 2017, but has a number of 2015...
(using the target year of the LTS could be a possibility, but a 18 month
cycle will then skip some years)

or do you mean the Year of THIS patchlevel, then ist the Question how
you will distinguish, maybe in the Year 2018 the THREE versions (7,8 9)
all with own EAR or patchlevels???


i think version numbers as named in the blueprint are the best...
for this, and a solution with the year, i have written an overview...
