[TYPO3-core] Important Information: Copyright in headers

Dear contributor!

As of now, we merged 10 change sets that update the copyright headers of ALL php files to a new format. (JS files will follow soon)
The header format has been discussed extensively on the Core mailing list for more than a month and has been approved by the TYPO3 licensing team.

The new header look like this:
/**
 * This file is part of the TYPO3 CMS project.
 *
 * It is free software; you can redistribute it and/or modify it under
 * the terms of the GNU General Public License, either version 2
 * of the License, or any later version.
 *
 * For the full copyright and license information, please read the
 * LICENSE.txt file that was distributed with this source code.
 *
 * The TYPO3 project - inspiring people to share!
 */

Please ENSURE that any pending patch set does NOT touch the license header and if so, get it changed to the new format.
That is especially important for newly created files.
