[TYPO3-core] pagenotfound_handling not called when accessing restricted pages in 6.2

Hi,

When directly calling access-restricted pages, in TYPO3 < 6.2
TypoScriptFrontendController::pageNotFoundAndExit() got executed. This
is not the case anymore in 6.2. Instead, the next accessible page up in
the rootline is shown.

The "normal" page not found scenario works well.

Is this a bug or intention? Or do I miss something?

I'm using TYPO3 6.2.3
