[TYPO3-core] TYPO3_MODE "die" in Configurations/TCA

Hey Bernhard,

funny, I was wondering about that as well the last days. My question
would be:

Why was this added to all files initially anyway? Wasn't it because you
could include files like

include_once('http://www.mydomain.com/typo3conf/LocalConfiguration.php')

in old PHP versions and read the TYPO3 passwords etc then?

Personally, I opt for removing the lines (otherwise we should add it to
all files), and also we should inform the extension develoeprs that this
is not needed anymore.
