[TYPO3-core] Troubles with extension updates in EM

I have this all time long with the new (new new) EM. However it uses to work 
on the secord or third attemp. And not all extensions are effected.

I never found out why this happens and what goes wrong. Whenever I attached 
a debugger it stated to work ;) I smell a heisenbug.
