[TYPO3-core] MERGE FREEZE due to releases of TYPO3 CMS 6.2.4, 6.1.10 and 4.5.35

Hi everybody,

please don't merge anything to the stable Git branches since the release
packaging script will be started to do a lot of magic in a few minutes.

Thus, one can expect to have new TYPO3 CMS releases this afternoon of
* TYPO3 CMS 6.2.4
* TYPO3 CMS 6.1.10
* TYPO3 CMS 4.5.35
