Thanks for your message and good to see you back again. Actually it's
like a "come-and-go" in some way, that's your the usual way of life that
priorities shift or change from time to time.

Since last year we have the "Active Contributor" which replaces the
former "Core Developer" role. The requirement for being an "Active
Contributor" is to simply to be active in terms of contributions.
You'll find more details about that modification and the roles & groups
on typo3.org [1,2].

So, if you're active contributing this will be recognized and lead to a
modification in that status towards an Active Contributor...
