Yes. The Flow team adopted our decision for closing php tags already and 
I'm sure (since at least Karsten voted already) that we can also find an 
agreement across projects in this case.

No. It is "@var integer". It doesn't mean though that this can't be 
changed if we decide differently now. But let's wait für the outcome 
first...
