[TYPO3-core] Undocumented breaking change in Extbase in TYPO3 6.2

Hi guys,

The patch for issue #54813 [1],[2] introduced a breaking change which 
does not seem to be documented currently.

Which would be the correct way to make sure this gets in the release 
notes? Should I open an issue in the documentation project?
