[TYPO3-core] Raise MySQL requirements?

Hi,

I made a MySQL Update from 5.1 to 5.6 (via MacPorts) just yesterday.

* I dumped all old databases
* made a backup of the datadir
* switched to 5.6
* imported all databases again

I encounter some trouble with misconfigured socket settings due wrong
permissions and got an error from Installer which told me "that the
MySQL server is gone", which I could solve with adding this to my mysql.cnf

[mysqld]
max_allowed_packet=64M

Installation worked, Backend seems to work too.
