[TYPO3-core] Raise MySQL requirements?

I switched to MariaDB in February 2013 (see http://karsten.dambekalns.de.dev/blog/switching-from-mysql-to-mariadb-using-macports.html) and have been using it ever since for all my development work without any issues.
