[TYPO3-core] Raise MySQL requirements?

Hi Michael and everybody,

I've tried TYPO3 on MariaDB and I'm sure not to be the only one…

MariaDB is already the default choice in some (indeed bleeding-edge, 
but still) distributions [1][2].

I'm using TYPO3 on MariaDB since around april 2013 on my development 
machine without any hickups.
