[TYPO3-core] Budget TYPO3 CMS 2013

Hi fellow contributors,

nice to see you all again in 2014! The year 2013 has passed, but we
still have a couple of days to submit bills concerning the TYPO3 CMS
Team 2013 budget allocated to us by the TYPO3 Association.

If you have some travel / hotel expenses for work on TYPO3 CMS (i.e.
traveling to a Code Sprint) in 2013 that you would like to get
reimbursed, please send me the reimbursement requests or invoice ASAP.
In case of doubt of what you can reimburse or how you can do that,

I would like to take this opportunity also to get you an overview on how
we spend the money so far in 2013. We have had two separate budgets:


1) 4080: (Two) Active Contributors Meetups (=ACME) (€22.800)

This was intended to be used jointly for the CMS, Flow and Neos teams
right before the T3DD and T3CON. The fact is that it was not possible to
realize it that way.

a) Before the T3DD we met and this expenses were covered, but I've got
no single invoice from the Neos / Flow team. Neos/Flow guys: still
possible to hand them in, thou!

b) Before the T3CON we had no ACME.

c) The Nürnberg ACME in Mai was covered as a "Code Sprint" because at
that time we didn't know that a+b would happen afterwards. :)

So this budget is utterly misused.

Budget: €22.800
Used: €6.660
OPEN: €16.140


2) 4000: TYPO3 CMS (€102.480)

This was split up in different usage areas (some minor shifting took
place during the year, so it's not 1-to-1 from the budget request):

* Leader = Used €20.006,90 (from €23.760)
* Co-Leader = Used €10.474,00 (from €29.680)
* Coder = Used €11.389,45 (from €15.840)
* Release Manager = Used €7.200,00 (from €7.200)
* Important = Used €6.297,50 (from €7.920)
* Code Sprint = Used €12.901,74 (from €16.080)
* Gratification = Used €1.826,75 (from €2.000)

Budget: €102.480
Used: €70.096,34
OPEN: €32.383,66


Still pending is some payed work on certain work packages for the 6.2
finalization phase that already started, which we would like to invoice
already in the next days to get more of our budget used in 2013.

Compared to 2012 (spend ca €60.000 from our €125.000 budget) we did a
better use of our budget this year, most probably due to the bigger
interest and participation because of the 6.2 LTS development.

We would love to keep up the pace during this new year even after 6.2
LTS is released, because there is still lot of work to be done. For 2014
the code sprints will be planned more in advance (dates and location) so
it will be easier for everyone to plan their participation in advance.
