[TYPO3-core] PSR in the TYPO3 CMS-world

Hi,

I lately read up a bit on PSR and the PHP FIG that published those
specification requests. To my understanding we've meanwhile also reached
quite some level of PSR-compat in the CMS-world as well.

Then on http://www.php-fig.org/ woudln't it make sense to maybe have
TYPO3 as community (and not just Flow) listed there wish a central
person speaking for the whole community?
