[TYPO3-core] Turn off TravisCI posts to this list

Hi.

I propose to remove TravisCI postings from this list.
typo3.teams.core has been a list with posting by humans addressed to humans.

Status messages from a CI environment are nice to have but I don't think
this is the right place. Travis obviously produces a lot of noise and
fear it will devalue this list for human participants.

What is your opinion?
