[TYPO3-core] Status icons in 7.0

Hi,

thanks for the hint. The only remaining thing would be that fonts, by
their nature, have just one color. So for cases where we want more
colors, we'd need an alternative.

We've used SVGs (directly served to the browser) as vector-sprites.
Those could also be rendered to PNG with a script, as a fallback.
