[TYPO3-core] Version number for sysext manuals?

Additional question: is there going to be a 7.0 branch? Or is CMS 7 
being developed on master until we start with CMS 8?

We need to know because we grab the system extension manuals for 
rendering on docs.typo3.org from the appropriate branches.
