[TYPO3-core] (New) TYPO3 CMS Vision

Hi!

One of the strenghs of TYPO3 - imho - is the great backward-compatibility. If the installation is set up right., it easy to update it to the next version (i.e. 4.5. to 6.2.), without need to rebuild your content. And thats an important point for many companies, it keeps costs low, they can rely that they can use their websites in a few years too, a new TYPO3-Version in the back, but  still the same website without high update- or changingcosts.

Whereever the development of TYPO3 will go, that point sould keept in mind.

Some other points:

- as mentioned before, mobile support for the backend would be a great deal
- try to reduce different TYPO3-versions
