[TYPO3-core] More time for 6.2 LTS to mature

Hello friends,

We will be postponing the release of 6.2 LTS. Read more about it here:

And while you are at it, consider yourself as part of the team working
on making TYPO3 better, and join the effort around the release! You
*can* help out if you aren't yet. By testing, writing issues, reviewing
patches, commenting on changes, suggesting improvements, fixes, working
on documentation etc.

You certainly *will* find some area that you have fun working on and at
the end you can be proud to say "I helped making TYPO3 a better product
for myself and for others". This is your chance!
