[TYPO3-core] Announcing TYPO3 CMS 6.2 LTS alpha3

do you know, that the license of the included "Share" font is?
This page states, that it is "Attribution-NoDerivs 2.5 Generic
(CC BY-ND 2.5)":
http://typo3.org/news/article/the-typo3-font-share-now-freely-downloadable/
Which would mean, that it is not allowed to modify the font.
On Google Fonts there is also an "Share" font:
http://www.google.com/fonts/specimen/Share
Its license is "SIL Open Font License, 1.1", which would allow
modification.

I'm unsure if it is legally correct to include an "CC BY-ND 2.5"
licensed piece of software into an GPL product.
(at least debian treats CC BY-ND 2.5 as non free).
