[TYPO3-core] The "correct" way to upgrade?

Hey,

I agree but the new DB analyzer / compare feature isn't as handy as
before anymore - right? I cannot choose if I want to migrate every
field. Sometimes I even use it to check if my parameters I typed in
ext_tables.sql of my extension are correct. Do I miss something or is
this feature gone? I'd love to have this expert mode back again :).
