Oh no, not that deja vu again :-(
Every time a big feature is merged just before feature freeze some 
serious problem pops up and the original authors are on holiday, busy 
with client projects, not available or otherwise in no way able to fix it.

Please bring it into the core in parts, example:
- skeleton
- support for e.g. extension docs in sxw
- support for downloadable core docs in pdf
- ReST rendering in native PHP
- ...

Easier to test and review, plenty of time for more people to fix bugs 
and contribute improvements.
